Here's a tip... exercise first thing in the morning. Over 90% of people who exercise consistently, exercise in the morning.
Some might say this is b/c they're doing it before their brains figure out what's going on, but I think it's b/c they're getting it done before other things "come up".
Get it done early & feel good for the rest of the day!
