So... basically this is a program that is truly for anyone at any fitness level with the "magic" key to eating & portion control. This truly is simple nutrition & simple exercise!
Research shows you get the biggest benefit from your workout in the first 30 minutes. This means we get to have 30 min workouts & then for the food side, we will receive color coded containers. These are simple to use - if the food fits, you can have it & will get results! For example, the yellow container is for your carbs so if your carbs fit, feel free to enjoy!
