Research shows you get the biggest benefit from your workout in the first 30 minutes. This means we get to have 30 min workouts & then for the food side, we will receive color coded containers. These are simple to use - if the food fits, you can have it & will get results! For example, the yellow container is for your carbs so if your carbs fit, feel free to enjoy! The workouts are a full variety so you're never doing 2 workouts back to back... there is something different for every day of the week (this is perfect for me b/c I get bored).
